Apartment Discount Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Prior maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing. Bilingual helpful but not required. HVAC experience; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus. Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems. Ability to handle after-hours calls. Basic tools and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills.

Maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities. Handle service requests and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy. Respond promptly to repair requests, including after-hours calls.
