Your work will directly impact residents' day-to-day comfort and satisfaction. What You'll Do Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks across our communities, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and general building repairs. Respond to and complete work orders to maintain efficiently and with attention to detail. Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, vendors and team members. Take a proactive approach-identifying and addressing issues before they become problems. What We're Looking For Proven experience in property maintenance. Reliable, consistent work history Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance and repair. Strong problem-solving skills and an a hands-on mindset.
