Commercial Duct Installer - Up to $35/hr.

Potential Overtime Pay:
Up to $35.00/hour (Based on Experience) Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Commercial Duct Installers for a long-term commercial construction project. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for qualified candidates. We are seeking dependable professionals with strong commercial HVAC and sheet metal experience who can work independently and contribute to a productive jobsite. Job Responsibilities Install, assemble, and secure commercial duct systems Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings Measure, cut, and fit duct components to project specifications Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and support of ductwork Maintain compliance with all jobsite safety requirements Work effectively with project supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules Qualifications Minimum 4 years of commercial sheet metal or duct installation experience Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and duct installation practices Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to lift, carry, and position duct materials throughout the workday Compensation & Benefits Pay up to $35.00/hour based on experience Weekly pay Full-time, long-term opportunity Contract-to-hire potential Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Apply today for immediate consideration and start work with a leading commercial construction team.
