About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Install and service loading dock equipment including levelers, vehicle restraints, and dock seals. Repair and maintain commercial doors such as overhead, rolling steel, and high-speed doors. Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions. Communicate with customers to explain work performed and recommend preventive maintenance. Maintain accurate service records and submit reports in a timely manner. Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times. Qualifications Experience in mechanical, electrical, welding, and industrial maintenance preferred. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics . Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Excellent communication and customer service skills .
