Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for troubleshooting systems and performing preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime while maintaining the highest safety standards.Essential Functions:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of various manufacturing equipment.
- Follow and comply with all plant safety policies including LOTO.
- Maintain integrity of safety devices (light curtains, safety gates, etc.).
- Perform PM inspections and make modifications to existing equipment as required.
- Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience (automotive environment preferred).
- Ability to read schematics, use testing equipment, and knowledge of mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Basic knowledge of Electrical including PLC, Motor Control, and Ladder Logic.
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds and stand/walk for prolonged periods.
- Must provide own tools and possess a valid KY driver's license.
