By leveraging your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, you will directly influence our ability to meet high-volume output goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment longevity and reliability. Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions to minimize operational downtime. Interpret intricate technical schematics and blueprints to perform precise repairs on high-speed automated machinery. Utilize PLC-based diagnostic tools to identify faults and restore system functionality efficiently. Partner with production staff to analyze recurring equipment failures and implement sustainable, long-term technical solutions. Maintain rigorous documentation of all maintenance activities and work orders within our digital CMMS platform. Support the installation and validation of new production assets to ensure seamless integration into existing workflows. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience within a high-volume industrial or manufacturing setting. Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting integrated mechanical and electrical control systems. Strong working knowledge of VFDs, conveyor systems, and industrial robotics. Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation and electrical schematics. Solid experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial wiring standards. Preferred Skills Dual-craft expertise spanning both electrical and mechanical disciplines. Direct experience with industrial automation platforms such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Fanuc. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and proactive continuous improvement methodologies. Prior experience managing maintenance workflows through CMMS software.
