Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems to ensure optimal plant operations. Your expertise will help keep production running smoothly by applying your skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and industrial maintenance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where proactive problem-solving and technical excellence are highly valued. You will play a critical role in supporting continuous improvement initiatives, safety standards, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial control systems to diagnose and resolve automation problems. Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to ensure equipment reliability. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Operate field service equipment including scissor lifts, forklifts, and other industrial vehicles safely and efficiently. Support installation projects involving welding, HVAC/R systems, and low/high voltage electrical work. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to execute repairs effectively. Collaborate with team members to improve safety procedures, reduce downtime, and enhance overall plant performance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
