Job Description

Hotel Maintenance Technician - Job Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Paint, patch drywall, replace flooring, and complete minor carpentry task. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance storage areas in an organized manner. On- Call availability for after-hour emergencies. Seasonal maintenance (groundskeeping) , maintaining parking lot Repair light plumbing, hvac, lighting, appliances, and fixtures.
