($24-31) About the Role Aerotek is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support Owingsville, KY

• a food manufacturing facility . This role focuses on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This is a hands‑on industrial maintenance position supporting high‑volume production in a fast‑paced environment. Openings & Shifts Available First Shift Openings 🕠 5:30 AM
• 2:00 PM Third Shift Openings 🌙 9:30 PM
• 6:00 AM Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose equipment failures and complete timely repairs to minimize downtime Support production changeovers and equipment setups Document maintenance work and follow all food safety and GMP standards Assist with continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Maintain compliance with OSHA and plant safety standards Equipment & Systems You'll Work With Conveyors, mixers, grinders, packaging equipment Motors, gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics Electrical components (sensors, drives, relays, controls) Food manufacturing process equipment Qualifications 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills (electrical experience is a plus) Ability to read schematics, manuals, and work instructions Experience in food manufacturing or regulated environments is a plus Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus Why work for us?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00
