Job Description

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our Maintenance Team on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with routine residential maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and drywall. This position will require you to troubleshoot problems within the facility and complete repairs as necessary, as well as clean up any messes that can result from this activity. REQUIREMENTS
Proven maintenance experience on residential homes or apartment units. Able to fix faucet/pipe leaks and clogged plumbing. Experience changing outlets and other minor electrical repairs. Drywall installation and repair. HVAC diagnosis and minor repair.
REQUISITOS
Experiencia demostrada en mantenimiento en viviendas residenciales o unidades de apartamentos. Experto en el uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas. Experiencia realizando mantenimiento de rutina (eléctrico, fontanería, carpintería, etc.) Capaz de reparar fugas de grifos y plomería obstruida. Experiencia en el cambio de tomacorrientes y otras necesidades eléctricas menores Instalación y reparación de paneles de yeso. Ojo por los detalles. Presentación y actitud profesional.
