Maintenance Technician

Superior Trades is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an immediate need!

Pay:

$25/hr.•$35/hr. (DoE)

Schedule:

Monday•Friday, with

OT Hours:

2nd or 3rd Shift to start: 3PM•11:30PM or 11:30PM•8

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all production equipment and building systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production machines. Install new equipment as needed. Work with PLC systems (Fanuc Controls preferred). Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Work with 480-volt circuits for motors and controls. Support production by maintaining high-speed manufacturing equipment, including metal stamping and CNC machine centers. Complete administrative tasks such as creating work orders and documenting completed work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

REQUIREMENTS

Two-year technical degree or higher required. Minimum of four years of experience in a maintenance position. Working knowledge of industrial safety practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shutdowns as needed. Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
