Matt James Job Summary/Basic Functions An EKU Construction and Repair Tech II assists the craft foreman and structural supervisor in implementing and completing assigned work orders including, but not limited to construction, demolition, removal and cleanup as well as assisting other areas of facilities services as needed.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED Experience:
3 years of experience required

  • Facilitate construction and renovation projects for university program or location as it relates to the actual facility

  • Prepare sights for other facilities services personnel to begin projects

  • Process general work orders and assisting with other facilities service areas in completion of their work orders as it relates to his/her job

  • Completes daily work orders

  • Ensures efficient operations of facilities services by completing other duties as assigned
