($24-32) Position Summary Aerotek is seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations at our Winchester, KY facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation. The ideal candidate has strong experience in industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance , enjoys problem‑solving, and thrives in a hands‑on manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and equipment manuals Maintain motors, conveyors, sensors, drives, and control systems Support equipment setup, adjustments, and production changeovers Monitor equipment performance and recommend process or reliability improvements Follow all safety policies and OSHA requirements Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and work orders Keep work areas clean, organized, and production‑ready Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to meet operational goals Required Qualifications Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Mechanical aptitude with hands‑on equipment repair experience Experience working with motors, sensors, relays, and basic control systems Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems Ability to read electrical and mechanical prints Basic computer skills for documentation and maintenance tracking Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related field PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen‑Bradley, Omron, or similar) Experience with automated equipment or production machinery Welding or fabrication experience Manufacturing maintenance experience in a fast‑paced environment Why Join the team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
