Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Property Management | Alexandria / Pineville, LA Join a growing property management company looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician with multifamily and residential experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can solve problems in the field, and wants to grow with a stable team. Mobile home or trailer repair experience is a strong plus. Responsibilities Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance Prepare units for new residents including repairs and unit turns Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions Maintain tools, materials, and supply inventory Communicate with the property management team regarding work order progress Coordinate with outside vendors when needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years maintenance experience Multifamily property maintenance experience is a plus Mobile home or trailer experience is a plus Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and appliances Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position Long-term opportunity with a growing company

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
