This is a versatile role that combines regular pool maintenance/service with support for our home, pool, and outdoor living construction projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable switching between service work and general labor. Duties Perform routine pool service and maintenance (cleaning, water chemistry testing & balancing, filter cleaning, equipment checks, etc.) Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on pool equipment Assist with pool and home construction projects, including site prep, basic labor, and finishing work Pick up supplies, materials, and equipment from vendors as needed Help load/unload trucks and organize job sites Maintain a clean and safe work environment Experience Previous experience in pool service or construction is preferred Comfortable working with tools and equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (company vehicle may be provided) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic
