Team Leader/Floor Tech/ Crew Member

Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service. This position involves various tasks, including maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and restrooms by regularly disinfecting and sanitizing surfaces. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and keeping track of product. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a janitorial setting is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is an asset. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with team members. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during individual tasks. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds.
