Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, sheetrock, make readies.
Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
Fabricate and install various fixtures and equipment as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is required
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems Repair sheetrock,
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate

$17.00 per hour
