MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. DAILY TASK OF CARPET CLEANING, CAULKING TUBS, TOILETS ETC. SHAMPOO CARPETS, AIR CONDITIONER CLEANING ETC. YOU WILL BE RESPONSBILE FOR ALL REPAIRS ON ANYTHING THAT COULD POSSIBLY BREAK ON PROPERTY.

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
