JOB RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain general maintenance of the exterior and interior of the property building Complete work orders promptly, including on-call requestsDemonstrate the ability to resolve maintenance issues to prevent a recurrenceMaintain inventory to ensure materials, supplies, and equipment are available on-siteInspect and test machinery and maintenance equipmentMaintain a clean and safe environment; report unsafe conditions to the supervisor and recommend corrective actionPartner with external vendors, contractors, and other maintenance team members on special projects Perform other duties as assigned

HRIM. SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the property's general condition in terms of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and painting. Additional functions include completing maintenance request work orders on a timely basis and participating in the preventive maintenance program for all building equipment and rooms. QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/AbilitiesHVAC certification preferredResidential/apartment maintenance experience preferredGeneral residential maintenance skills - A/C, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, electronics, drywall installation, and finishing, including Porter duties, are requiredMust be able to work on-call maintenance shiftsMust be a self-starter, proactive, and can work independentlyAbility to control inventory and order as neededPhysical Requirements:
