Job Description

Large Apartment community needs experienced maintenance tech with skills in all aspects of basic maintenance to include: painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Will be required to help maintain grounds to ensure property is free and clear of trash. Will also assist other maintenance team members with maintaining pool and other areas as needed. This position is full-time with great benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and PTO. We are looking to hire immediately! Resume is required with updated contact phone number and email address.
