Duties Supervise and coordinate daily pool service operations, ensuring timely completion of maintenance and cleaning tasks Lead, train, and support a team of pool service technicians to uphold quality standards and safety protocols Perform routine pool maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, cleaning filters, and inspecting equipment Diagnose and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, valves, and timers using hand tools and power tools Manage inventory of parts and supplies necessary for repairs and ongoing maintenance tasks Conduct thorough inspections of pools to identify mechanical issues or potential hazards before they escalate Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, and equipment status for accountability and reporting Requirements Proven experience as a pool service technician or mechanic with strong mechanical knowledge Demonstrated ability to repair and troubleshoot pool equipment using hand tools and power tools Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures including chemical balancing, cleaning techniques, and system inspections Familiarity with various pool systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and related mechanical components Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising or training a team of technicians Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and detailed service documentation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Join us in delivering top-tier pool services by combining your technical expertise with leadership skills!
