Open PositionsFront Desk Agents Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist hotel guests with check-in and check-out Answer phones, process reservations, and provide guest information Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally Maintain accurate records and cash handling procedures

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Computer and multitasking abilities Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Previous hotel experience preferred but not required

Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues Ensure hotel facilities remain clean, safe, and operational Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Qualifications:

General maintenance or technical experience preferred Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong problem-solving skills Flexible availability

Marketing & Sales Associates Responsibilities:

Promote hotel services and increase occupancy rates Build relationships with corporate clients and local businesses Assist with social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns Support sales goals and customer outreach efforts

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills Sales or marketing experience preferred Knowledge of social media and customer engagement Professional appearance and attitude Why Join Us?
