Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced home repair handyman. This job is part time but could lead to full time. This is a W9 contracted position for individuals who have hands-on experience in residential repairs and maintenance. If you are reliable, skilled, and ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you. You will be working on rental properties throughout New Iberia, LA.
Compensation:
$17-$20 per hour depending on experience Compensated for mileage
Requirements:
Must have a reliable car or truck Must have a working smartphone Must have your own tools Prior experience with residential home repairs and maintenance Ability to work independently and complete jobs efficiently Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependable and punctual
Typical Job Duties May Include:
General home repairs Basic plumbing and electrical repairs Drywall repair and patching Painting and touch-ups Fixture installation and minor carpentry Other maintenance tasks as needed
