Maintenance TechnicianReports to:Production SupervisorExempt Status:
Non-ExemptSummary:
Performs maintenance duties throughout entire Idaho Milling and Grain facility or in areas where needed. Be flexible in all areas of the facility. Be on call upon to do repairs/maintenance on the weekends or after hours if needed. At times, be back up for the Elevator Superintendent.Primary Duties:
Mig, Arc, and Acetylene welding, ordering of welding supplies.Able to fabricate with metal, wood and plastics. Cutting and grinding.
Maintain, lubricate and repair all equipment.
Keep maintenance and lubrication records.
Understand the full operation of the mill and elevator.
Run forklift.
Non-Essential Duties:
Run Tractor for clearing snow, mowing and other duties.Operate forklift to load and unload trucks. Shipping and receiving.
Cleaning of work areas.
Lift 50 lbs.
Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by Supervisor.
Experience:
High School diploma or GED.Forklift certification with minimum of 6 month experience.Ability to establish and maintain effective positive working relationships with other employees and customers.
