Apartment Make Ready/Maintenance Tech White Properties - 3.3 Shreveport, LA Job Details Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 10 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Carpentry Maintenance Property maintenance Driver's License Electrical experience Electrical systems Plumbing Driving Electrical maintenance Facilities maintenance Full Job Description Experienced Maintenance/Make Ready Technician needed for Shreveport apartment community. Industry experience in over all apartment maintenance including electrical, plumbing and some carpentry required. HVAC certification is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated and work well with others as a team. Must have tools, valid driver's license, reliable transportation with proof of insurance and pass criminal background check.
