We're looking for a reliable, hands-on maintenance technician to join our team and help keep our portfolio of properties in top shape. The Role You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day maintenance and repair work across our managed properties. Expect to be on the road 5 days a week, working out of our East Boston office and traveling to sites in Boston, Winthrop, Lynn, and nearby towns. What You'll Do General handyman work: drywall, painting, basic carpentry, door/lock repairs, minor plumbing and electrical Punch-list work on unit turnovers and make-readies Diagnose and fix common building issues (leaks, fixtures, appliances, hardware) Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner Coordinate with property managers on larger projects and vendor scopes Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used What You Bring 2+ years of hands-on maintenance, handyman, or trades experience Working knowledge across multiple trades (basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting) Reliable vehicle and a valid Massachusetts driver's license Your own basic hand and power tools Clear communicator — comfortable interacting with tenants, owners, and managers Strong work ethic, problem-solver, takes pride in the work Bonus Points For HVAC, appliance repair, or tile experience Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese a plus) Familiarity with property management software What We Offer Competitive hourly wage ($28-$35/hr DOE) Overtime opportunities Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) Monthly health insurance stipend Potential for a company work vehicle as you grow with the team Steady, year-round work with a tight-knit local team

Schedule:
