In person Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in the West Bridgewater, MA area. This hands-on role supports a manufacturing environment and is responsible for maintaining production equipment, facility systems, and general building operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to work independently. This position is primarily based in the West Bridgewater, MA, area with occasional travel to other company locations within Massachusetts and New Hampshire as needed. Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Maintain equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, ovens, presses, and dust collection systems. Support general building maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, compressed air, and basic repairs. Complete safety inspections and follow company safety procedures. Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic tools, and maintenance equipment safely. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs. Assist with spare parts, vendor coordination, and general facility projects as needed. Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or mechanical maintenance experience. Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred. Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills. Basic electrical troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility systems. Ability to read manuals, diagrams, schematics, and work instructions. Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters preferred. Basic computer skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for occasional travel to MA/NH site locations. Preferred Experience OSHA 10 or OSHA 30. Lockout/Tagout knowledge. Forklift or aerial lift experience. Welding, fabrication, or metalworking experience. Preventive maintenance experience. Trade school, technical school, or maintenance-related certification. Basic mechanical hand tools preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and heavier items with assistance. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work in tight spaces. Ability to work at heights using ladders or lifts. Ability to work in industrial conditions including heat, cold, noise, and dust. Must be able to wear required PPE.
