We manage apartment communities throughout the Greater Boston area and are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual who takes pride in quality work and customer service. This position offers stable year-round employment, opportunities for advancement, overtime availability, and the potential use of a company vehicle with fuel provided. What You'll Do Complete maintenance work orders in occupied apartment homes Perform general handyman repairs Basic plumbing repairs and troubleshooting Basic electrical repairs and fixture replacement Drywall repair, patching, and painting Door, lock, cabinet, and window repairs Apartment turnover and move-in preparation work Carpentry and general building repairs Respond professionally to resident maintenance requests Maintain a safe and clean work environment What We're Looking For Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, facilities, or related experience preferred Ability to use common hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Alpha Management?
