Job Description
Experienced Maintenance Technician (Chelmsford, MA) compensation: $37-$40/hour based on experience employment type: full-time Alpine Property Management, located in Chelmsford MA, is seeking a licensed, experienced, dependable and hard-working person with excellent general maintenance skills (carpentry, painting, masonry, minor plumbing and electrical, etc.) to perform routine maintenance at residential locations managed by Alpine. Construction Supervisor's license or Home Improvement license required. Work on your own or with other maintenance staff visiting 1 to 2 properties a day to complete given work orders. This is a full-time year-round job with paid time off, benefits, company truck and phone allowance. Must have own tools. Our office is located in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.
