Responsibilities:

Maintain and clean facility as required Maintain and restock supplies as needed Discard trash and recycling Grounds keeping will include entire perimeter of the property, as well as general maintenance interior and exterior throughout the property Some small repairs and general knowledge of building maintenance required Other duties may be assigned by management

Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent Working knowledge of building maintenance issues, including but not limited to, painting, electrical, small appliance repair, air filter replacement, and spills cleanup

Compensation:
