Residential Service Technician Position(can train the right person) + Experienced Installers Travel to various residential service calls throughout the day for maintenance, repairs, and installations of new garage doors and openers. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, be organized and efficient, and possess excellent communication skills. Physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting are required. Install, repair, and maintain garage doors and operators. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues for garage doors and operators. Engage with clients, providing clear explanations and solutions, while patiently and kindly explaining the installation or repair process. Safely drive company vehicles and ensure their maintenance. Ensure that every service call, installation, and site visit is performed with the highest level of attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Schedule:

8-hour shifts (7am - 3:30pm) Overtime may be required during busier times of the year. Monday to Friday Year-round work

Job Location:

Onsite / Local Traveling Service areas include Southern New Hampshire and the Merrimack Valley.

Are you comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions year-round (heat, cold, rain, snow)? Do you have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to work each day? Are you comfortable using hand tools and power tools, or willing to learn? Are you comfortable climbing ladders and working overhead?
