Equipment Diagnostics & Repair Troubleshoot Machinery:
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures on CNC machines, robotics, automated fabrication lines, and PLC-driven systems.
Component Replacement:
Repair or replace defective parts, servo motors, sensors, pumps, and gearboxes using precision hand and power tools.
Schematic Interpretation:
Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics (up to 480V), and fluid power diagrams.
Finishing Line Support:
Maintain specialized powder coating systems, including electrostatic spray guns, conveyor lines, and curing ovens. 2. Preventative Maintenance (PM)
Routine Inspections:
Conduct scheduled PM inspections across the production floor to minimize unscheduled downtime.
System Optimization:
Calibrate, lubricate, and adjust mechanical systems and automated components for peak efficiency.
Fluid Power Maintenance:
Monitor and service hydraulic and pneumatic filtration and pressure systems. 3.
Facility Support & Safety Compliance Utilities Upkeep:
Assist with plant utilities, including commercial air compressors, basic plumbing, HVAC ventilation, and lighting.
CMMS Documentation:
Log all maintenance activities, parts used, and labor hours in the company s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Safety Protocols:
Strictly adhere to OSHA regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazardous material handling, and PPE utilization.
