About the Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property, completing service requests, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. $26.00-$28.00/hour Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch) On-Call & Emergency Response Required What You'll Do Complete service requests including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Perform unit turns including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs to prepare apartments for new residents Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections of building systems Respond to on-call and emergency maintenance requests as needed Maintain grounds, common areas, and overall property appearance Work with vendors and assist with larger maintenance projects as needed Experience Required for Your Success What You Bring 2-3 years of maintenance experience in residential, apartment, or related field Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to participate in on-call rotation Ability to safely handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving equipment Personal cell phone required for communication and on-call responsibilities Valid driver's license and availability for on-call rotation Why Join Us You'll be part of a team that values reliability, teamwork, and quality service while supporting a busy and dynamic community.
