Join a growing team at Ken's Foods Ken's Foods manufactures beloved dressings and sauces—and we're expanding. In our climate-controlled Marlborough, MA plant, you'll keep automated packaging lines humming and the facility utilities running reliably. Location:
Marlborough, MA Multiple shifts available 4 days per week, 10 hours per shift Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401k Tuition reimbursement Your impact Track down and resolve failures across plant systems and equipment Operate, diagnose, and repair automated packaging machinery Service pumps using sound pump theory and best practices Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic applications and restore performance Read and apply electrical schematics to resolve issues Work safely on low- and high-voltage electrical systems Identify faults in motors, motor controls, and device control circuits Repair electrical control and power circuits Maintain electrically controlled equipment, including PLC and solid-state devices Weld (gas and arc) and solder as needed Support facility systems: steam, hot water, compressed air, refrigeration Perform basic plumbing and carpentry tasks Locate and order components from OEM manuals and prints Give and follow written and verbal instructions effectively Complete the Standard Timing Model mechanical test with a score of 60% or better. Core skills and experience Minimum 3 years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience Licensing For Massachusetts only; Role requires Special to Operate Engineering License (Steam Plant) - License training will be provided if not already in possession.
