Job Description

Step into a day on our Maintenance team You start your shift in our climate-controlled Marlborough, MA facility with a quick scan of the work orders. A packaging line is flagging a PLC fault, a pump on a sauce blend tank is due for rebuild, and a pneumatic actuator needs a seal kit. You move confidently through the plant and grounds—reading electrical schematics, tracing low and high-voltage circuits, and diagnosing a stubborn motor control issue. By mid-morning, you've welded a small bracket, soldered a connection, and verified a hydraulic pressure setting. After lunch, you tune a photo-eye on an automated filler, troubleshoot a power circuit, and source the right OEM part straight from the manual. You wrap the day by documenting work and communicating clear instructions for the next shift—all while keeping safety first. Role overview
