Property Maintenance Technician

seeking a full-time and a part-time maintenance person. Applicant should be well versed in "light duty plumbing, wax ring, toilet change, flush master change out, drain clearing, light duty electrical, plugs, switches, doors locks, window parts repairs". Ideal candidate is fully skilled in carpentry, finish, very light framing, sheet rock, mud, finish and painting. Skilled in snow removal with F-250 and plow , salter. Must have a valid driver's license. Construction skills are a plus for simple repairs

• (Frame, roofing, siding gutters, light masonry) The ideal candidate will be a self starter, reliable, and have experience in property maintenance.

You must be able to follow direction, have a positive attitude, and work well with management and tenants. Skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems. Any knowledge of HVAC or Boilers (simple fixes) is a big plus. You will be responsible to ensure facilities are tidy and functional. (We have cleaning people for all our buildings) . You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Must have emergency on call availability nights/weekends and be available for snow storms. Applicant willing to follow instructions, interact with tenants, be an effective and efficient self manager. Full Time Opportunity includes earnings of $50,000 to $90,000 per year with overtime commensurate with experience. 401k with a match, paid vacation, holidays, sick days.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance or related field.
• Technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
