Job Description

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Fence Laborers to join our team. This position involves assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential, commercial, and industrial fencing. Ideal candidates are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks. Travel to jobs around MA from Middleboro Responsibilities Assist with the installation of wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental fencing Dig post holes using hand tools and power equipment Set fence posts in concrete and ensure proper alignment Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment Measure and mark fence layouts according to project specifications Remove old fencing and clean job sites Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors Qualifications Previous construction, fencing, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Experience operating skid steers, augers, or other construction equipment is a plus Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and digging Standing and walking for extended periods Ability to work on uneven terrain and active construction sites Benefits Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and skill development
