Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Floor Manager and play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service experiences! As an integral part of our management team, you will support daily restaurant functions, supervise staff, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Duties Assist the team in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food presentation Supervise and motivate staff members, including training new team members and conducting ongoing development to foster a positive work environment Manage shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and ensure proper staffing levels to meet customer demand Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and reconciliation Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Support customer service efforts by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Experience Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management roles, preferably within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments Demonstrated supervising experience with teams in a high-volume environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a restaurant setting Background in culinary arts or kitchen experience is highly desirable Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively Prior experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus but not required Join us to lead with energy, inspire your team, and deliver memorable dining experiences!
