Industrial Maintenance Technician

Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and electrical components. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics. Repair or replace defective parts utilizing welding skills, including <

> welding techniques when necessary. Operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts to access elevated or hard-to-reach machinery safely. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and asset history. Conduct analysis of equipment performance data to identify potential failures before they occur. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve overall manufacturing efficiency. Support technical sales efforts by providing expert advice on equipment repairs or upgrades when required. Follow safety protocols related to high voltage systems and low voltage electrical work to ensure a safe working environment. Read and interpret technical schematics and manuals for troubleshooting complex systems. Experience Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment. Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, welding ), and precision measuring instruments. Strong analysis skills for diagnosing issues accurately and efficiently. Ability to operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely.. Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external vendors.
