The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining air duct systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to ensuring optimal indoor air quality. The Air Duct Technician plays a vital role in improving HVAC system efficiency and promoting healthier living and working environments. Responsibilities Inspect air duct systems for damage, mold, or debris buildup Clean and sanitize air ducts using specialized tools and equipment Repair or replace damaged ductwork to ensure proper airflow Identify potential issues with HVAC systems related to ductwork Operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently Document work performed and provide recommendations for system improvements Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all tasks Communicate effectively with clients regarding services provided and maintenance needs Requirements Proven experience in HVAC, duct cleaning, or related field preferred Knowledge of HVAC systems and air duct components is a plus Ability to operate cleaning equipment and hand tools safely Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders Commitment to safety standards and procedures Join our team as an Air Duct Technician to contribute to healthier indoor environments while advancing your technical skills in a dynamic industry.
