What You'll Do Perform skilled repair and maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general home repair Conduct annual in-home maintenance inspections for subscription members Respond to 24/7 emergency service calls on a rotating on-call basis Manage your schedule and job notes through HouseCall Pro (training provided) Build ongoing relationships with your assigned members — you are the face of the brand Recognize when work requires a licensed tradesperson and coordinate referrals Maintain a clean, professional job site and company vehicle at all times Support flip properties between member jobs — always something to work on What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential handyman or home maintenance experience Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Valid Massachusetts driver's license with a clean driving record Smartphone proficiency — we use HouseCall Pro for scheduling Outstanding customer service and communication skills Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform manual labor safely OSHA 10 certification a plus Experience with property management or subscription service environments a plus Compensation & Benefits W-2

Employees:

Starting at $22-$28/hr depending on experience 1099
