We are a growing company that designs, fabricates, installs, and services all types of signs in Boston and surrounding areas. ViewPoint Sign & Awning offers:

PTO:
accrue 2 weeks during first year (after 30 days), and 8 Paid Holidays
    Sick Time:
    accrued according to MA law, maximum 40 hours.

    Safety Training Requirements:
    • At least 5 years of installing or combined 3 years installing and 2 years fabrication experience
    • Must be a self-starter with excellent judgement skills, problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
    • Ability to fulfill physical requirements including lifting up to 75 lbs, climbing ladders, and working outside year-round.
    • Ability to bend, kneel, and work at heights of 60 feet and higher.
    • Attention to detail, pride of workmanship, and a positive attitude.
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • Driver's license with clean driving record.
    • Must be motivated, dependable and reliable.
    • Ability to follow written instructions, interpret shop drawings, and complete paperwork.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and customers.
    Preferred but not required:
    • Ability to stick and MIG weld.
    • OSHA 10 certification.
    • Fabrication experience.
    • Class 1B Hoisting license.
