Pool Field Service Worker

Job Description:

Premiere Staffing Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Pool Field Service Workers for a client in the Northfield, MA area. In this role, you will assist with opening, maintaining, and managing residential and commercial pools across multiple locations throughout Northfield and Franklin County. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with opening and closing pools for the season Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning filters, skimming debris, and balancing water chemistry to ensure optimal pool conditions Clean, maintain, and manage all aspects of pool care Travel to multiple job sites using a company vehicle Communicate professionally with clients as a point of contact Work closely with a team under supervision (never working alone) Follow safety procedures and maintain attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to travel between job sites in Northfield and surrounding areas Strong attention to detail and reliability Team-oriented mindset with great communication and people skills Must be able to swim in case of emergencies Previous pool service experience is a plus, but not required

Pay Rate:

$18.00/hour (entry-level) $20.00/hour (experienced candidates) Why Apply?
