Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability of our production machinery and facility systems. This role involves performing preventive maintenance and corrective repairs. This is a full time opportunity with room for growth! The hours are 6am - 2:30pm M-F with overtime as needed. Pay range is flexible based on experience. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures using precision tools like multimeters. Oversee facility upkeep, managing critical infrastructure including HVAC support, plumbing, lighting, and structural integrity. Analyze technical documentation, including blueprints and electrical schematics, to ensure all repairs meet safety and precision standards. Lead emergency response for equipment breakdowns, utilizing root-cause analysis to implement long-term reliability solutions. Optimize PM programs to boost operational uptime and maximize the lifecycle of both production and facility machinery. Operate heavy equipment-including forklifts and scissor lifts-with a strict adherence to safety protocols.
