In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and systems. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across a variety of mechanical and electrical systems. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety compliance Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues using schematics and technical manuals; execute timely repairs or replacements Repair appliances and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency Perform installation, upgrades, and modifications on building systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and mechanical components Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to troubleshoot complex system problems effectively Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during major maintenance projects or construction activities Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and equipment repair Service technician experience with the ability to troubleshoot using schematics and technical manuals Knowledge of HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration technology Familiarity with construction processes related to building maintenance or upgrades Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and diagnostic equipment safely Leadership skills to guide team members or coordinate with external contractors during projects Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to maintenance tasks Join us in maintaining a safe environment while developing your skills in a vibrant team!
