Job Description
Maintenance Staff Hi-Tech Mold & Tool is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Staff Member to assist in providing a safe and efficient working environment by assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machines, tools, equipment, facility and utility systems. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, machinery, tools, motors, and facility systems. Troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues using testing and measuring tools. Repair and maintain machinery, equipment, and building systems to minimize downtime. Assist in developing and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules and programs. Work with production, engineering, quality, and management teams to resolve maintenance-related issues. Maintain building systems, including fire protection, alarms, lighting, and general facility upkeep. Complete routine facility maintenance, including minor repairs, grounds maintenance, snow removal, and housekeeping tasks as needed. Follow equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and safety requirements. Help train and support team members as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support overall company goals. Perform other related duties as assigned.
