The Role:

Field Service Technician You will be in the field working on commercial and residential projects across the region for installation and service of overhead doors and loading dock equipment. What You Will Do (The Day-to-Day): Diagnose and repairing commercial overhead doors, high-speed coiling doors, dock levelers, etc.

Mechanical Installation:

Physical installation of new dock and door equipment at commercial facilities.

Electrical Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and repair low-voltage electrical issues in control panels, safety loops, and motor operators.

Preventative Maintenance:

Execute high-quality maintenance on industrial equipment to keep our clients running smoothly and prevent emergency breakdowns.

Customer Service:

Act as the face of the company on-site alongside your lead, communicating effectively and honestly with facility managers. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

The Foundation:

You must be highly mechanically inclined. You might have a background installing or repairing residential garage doors, overhead doors or loading dock equipement.

The Technical Aptitude:

Low voltage electrical, mechanical and welding experience are important.

The Mindset:

You are professional, experienced and able to work autonomously.

The Logistics:

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be comfortable lifting heavy equipment (50+ lbs), working at heights (scissor/boom lifts), and working in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
