Fence Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Fence Installer to join our team! This role involves installing a variety of fencing types including (but not limited to) wood, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Duties Install different types of fencing materials Install fences according to project specifications and company standards Measure and lay out fence lines accurately Dig post holes and set posts in concrete Perform frame carpentry tasks to construct and secure fence frames. Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks to ensure timely project completion. Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality work Assist with landscape maintenance around installed fences as required. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on the construction site. Requirements Proven experience in fence installation. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices Valid driver's license (preferred) Strong work ethic and reliability

Pay & Benefits Pay:
