Core Responsibilities Troubleshooting & Repair:

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.

Preventative Maintenance:

Execute scheduled PM tasks to ensure equipment longevity and safety.

System Installation:

Plumb and install air/water lines; assist with electrical circuit maintenance (including three-phase).

Custom Fabrication:

Utilize welding and carpentry skills to design and construct specialized fixtures to optimize production.

Operational Excellence:

Read and interpret work instructions, safety manuals, blueprints, and schematics to ensure all repairs meet industrial standards. Candidate Requirements We value technical aptitude and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of gears, gear ratios, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Electrical Aptitude:

Practical experience with wiring and circuits (including three-phase).

Trade Basics:

Ability to weld, fabricate, and perform basic carpentry.

Professionalism:

A friendly demeanor, math skills, and sharp attention to detail.

Flexibility:

A high sense of urgency and the willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
