Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician with strong handyman abilities to support daily maintenance needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in light carpentry, minor plumbing, painting and general repair tasks. This role requires someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair duties (interior and exterior). Complete light carpentry tasks such as drywall repair, trim work, door/frame adjustments, and basic structural fixes. Complete minor plumbing tasks. Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and safety standards. Communicate with supervisors regarding project updates, materials needed, and any issues that arise.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or similar role. Light carpentry and general repair skills required. Basic plumbing knowledge preferred. Must have reliable transportation (own vehicle) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
